Of note, there is a supply cache in there, so order everyone to quaff potions before looting it so everyone is at maximum health. The next room is the guard barracks, and you'll want to fully loot it. Once you're there, the quest markers will unite as they point the way forward, though you'll have another fight on your hands up on the catwalks. There may be two of them, but they lead to the same place: they simple mark stairs that lead back up.
Once you have your full party, pursue the remaining quest markers. Find those two missing party members among the quest markers first.
Speaking to Fiona creates the next major objective, but you shouldn't follow it until your party is reformed. Two of the markers indicate your missing party members, and one marker indicates Fiona. It doesn't matter what order you take these in, even if you need to double-back. They may be a little spread out, and on different floors. You may notice three quest markers on your compass, and if you consult your map, some of them may be search areas. The catwalk splits into two paths, and this is where things get a little confusing. The Tactical Camera is your best bet in that room. Still, one fall will essentially force you to quaff a health potion, and supplies are hard to come by at first. If that happens, you'll be reduced to a sliver of health, but you'll teleport back up.
The path will take you to a dangerous catwalk that has no railings, and it's easy to fall off into the lava. The second room does feature an intersection, though the left path dead-ends at a treasure chest. The path is relatively linear as you go room-to-room while following your quest marker. Trying to go toe-to-toe as two mages against melee enemies just asks for trouble. If all the enemies in a given engagement are focusing on you or Dorian, there's no shame in commanding that party member to just run around while the other actually attacks. Move slowly, and make good use of the Tactical Camera and instant pauses so you can stay on the move. Though the enemies won't overwhelm you with numbers or power, without a front-line fighter in the immediate party, you can lose battlefield control if you get sloppy. If you're not playing as a warrior, be careful moving through this next part. You'll be attacked by a couple enemies before he has a chance to explain what's going on, but the enemies will be a couple levels under you.
Then, you'll wind up in a sewer-like area, and only Dorian will be with you. After selecting your party, you'll have an extended cut scene. If you choose this path, Dorian the mage must be a member of your party, but the other two slots are open for your choosing.
